Where Science Meets Strategy
&
Burnout Meets its Match...

This page explains how Triage works — and why our approach holds when others don’t.
Triage is applied neuroscience for decoding stress patterns and rebuilding performance from the inside out.
We equip leaders, teams, and organizations to stop fighting their own wiring and lead with clarity, precision, and cultural intelligence.
______________
At Triage, tradition becomes transformation — turning inherited patterns into modern leadership intelligence.

The Science of Real-Time Rewiring
WHY IT WORKS:
We translate epigenetic history and cultural patterns into practical tools. We don’t offer band-aid solutions.
_____________________________________________________________
Chronic stress dismantles the systems that keep people focused, creative, and connected.
Triage integrates neuroscience, NLP, and cross-cultural insight to convert awareness into action — in minutes, not months.
“Old science assumed DNA was fixed and unchangeable.
New science shows that stress, burnout, trauma, beliefs, values, and our capacity for life can switch genes on or off — and that these changes can be passed across generations via autopilot patterns. What ancient cultures once described as curses, biology now recognizes as epigenetic inheritance.”

Triage’s Origin Story
____________________________
Stephanie is the Founder of Triage Coaching & Consulting, a neuroscience-based resilience strategist, as well as an NLP and epigenetics specialist, redefining how leaders and organizations break the burnout cycle.
She holds an MSc in Social Cognition and Decision-Making Sciences from University College London, pursued postgraduate research in Cross-Cultural Business Integration at London School of Economics, and earned her undergraduate degree in Applied Psychology and Human Rights Philosophy at UCLA. Her work has included neuroscience research collaborations with teams at Yale and UCL.
Before founding Triage, Stephanie led strategy across global business development, nonprofit sectors, and led production/curation/design for large scale, globally recognized international events — gaining a rare, insider’s view into the silent toll of high achievement: from inherited stress patterns to identity-driven burnout.
As a first generation, only daughter of refugee and immigrant parents, her own burnout became a turning point — shifting from performance-at-all-costs to root-cause transformation. Triage was built from that intersection: science, culture, curiosity and lived reality.
Today, Triage partners with leaders, families, individuals (caregivers, parents, next gen leaders), companies and organizations across the Middle East, South Asia, East Africa, Europe, and the Americas — including refugee-led and community-based initiatives — bringing science and soul into high-impact leadership.
“We don’t diagnose — we decode. We turn resilience into a measurable advantage in leadership, business, and life.”
Our Approach...
At Triage, we don’t manage stress — we intervene at the level where performance is shaped.
_____________________________
Most burnout and leadership initiatives focus on mindset, behavior, or culture in isolation. Our work operates one layer deeper: at the intersection of nervous system regulation, decision-making under pressure, and the behavioral patterns that scale across individuals, teams, and organizations.
Stress is not random. It is conditioned through repeated exposure, reinforced by incentives, and stabilized by systems. When those systems remain unexamined, organizations spend heavily on training that performs well in theory and collapses under real conditions.
Triage’s approach makes stress responses observable, interruptible, and recalibratable — so leaders and teams regain clarity, precision, and control when it matters most.

Our work focuses on:
-
Identifying the stress-driven defaults that undermine decision quality and communication
-
Replacing reactive patterns with regulated, repeatable responses
-
Embedding behaviors that remain stable under sustained pressure, not just ideal conditions
The result is not short-term relief or motivational lift.
It is measurable performance stability — fewer breakdowns, faster recovery, and leadership behavior that holds over time.
Change at this level is not aspirational.
It is operational infrastructure.
Why Organizations Choose Triage
_________________________
This is typically the point at which organizations engage Triage — not out of curiosity, but necessity.
Clients engage Triage when the cost of burnout, misalignment, personal or leadership drift has become strategically untenable.
Our work is brought in when:
_______________________________
-
high performance is masking fragility,
-
communication breakdowns are slowing execution,
-
turnover and burnout threaten continuity, or
-
leaders are operating under sustained pressure with no margin for error.
What differentiates Triage is not a toolkit — it’s where the intervention occurs.
_______________________
By working at the level of stress processing, decision-making under load, and behavioral patterning, Triage helps organizations:
-
stabilize leadership behavior under pressure,
-
shorten recovery time after disruption,
-
improve decision quality and follow-through, and
-
protect human capital without sacrificing performance.
This work is not reactive.
It is preventative infrastructure for organizations that cannot afford repeated breakdown cycles.
For leaders and teams operating at scale, resilience is not a “nice to have.”
It is a performance requirement.

Triage exists to make that requirement measurable, repeatable, and sustainable.
